Align your systems of support with human development so students grow, teachers thrive, and your school regains coherence and confidence!

The Efficacious Educator Book Club

A space for school leaders and educators to read, reflect, and grow together.

This year, we’ll explore six thought-provoking books on education, leadership, and student engagement. Every other month, we’ll gather for a recorded 60-minute conversation to share insights, ask questions, and connect research to practice.

How it works:

  • Six books a year – one every other month, chosen by the group to challenge and inspire.

  • Flexible participation – join the live discussion as a panelist or just listen in.

  • Practical takeaways – each conversation focuses on how ideas translate into classrooms and schools.

  • Shared learning – recordings will also be shared as podcast episodes, amplifying your voice in a wider conversation.
