By using this site—including browsing content, purchasing digital products, enrolling in courses, or engaging in coaching or consulting—you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Signature Courses – comprehensive professional learning programs that may include group coaching, videos, templates, and assignments.
Coaching and Consulting – one-on-one or group services delivered virtually or in person.
All offerings are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for legal, psychological, medical, or clinical advice. Implementation and outcomes depend on individual and institutional contexts; therefore, results are not guaranteed.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Thinkific).
Digital Products and Courses: Due to their immediate, downloadable, or on-demand nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
Coaching and Consulting Services: Refunds are not available once a session or engagement has begun. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of hardship or scheduling conflicts.

5. User Accounts and Course Access
If you enroll in a course or coaching program, you may be required to create an account on our course platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Access to digital products or courses is limited to the individual purchaser and may not be shared or transferred.
6. Coaching and Professional Boundaries
Coaching and consulting sessions are designed for professional development purposes and not for personal counseling or therapy. While sessions may involve reflection and emotional processing related to teaching and leadership, The Efficacious Educator does not provide mental health treatment.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality within group or coaching settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Efficacious Educator LLC, its owner, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
